Shipping

We're an Australian company and currently ship all our orders from our Melbourne warehouse.

What are your shipping options?

1. Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days, free on orders $100 or more.
2. Express Shipping:
1-3 Business Days, with an additional cost of $10

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within Australia. We're working hard on providing shipping to the rest of the world at an affordable price.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, we provide tracking information for both standard and express shipping methods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping method. However, if you have any concerns or special requests regarding your shipping, please contact our customer service team (email support@chargify.au), and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Address Changes

Customers can request changes to their shipping address before an order is dispatched. Please contact our customer service team at support@chargify.au with your order details to request any address changes.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products.

Can I exchange an item instead of receiving a refund?
